Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Manage projects, including web, mobile applications and systems.
  • Coordinate project activities and manage resources.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues.
  • Prepare functional specifications and user requirements and communicate with the technical team for feasibility and scheduling
  • Communicate with system vendors and advance projects properly
  • Provide support and clear direction to the Quality Assurance (QA) Team, Product Team, and Technical Team to ensure the quality deliverables meet the expectations of business needs, ensuring there are no gaps from user requirements
  • Control the project-related risk management process and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Management for software development projects
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior position
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered for Junior position
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
