Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of serviced apartments
  • Provide high-quality tenancy services, assist landlords and tenants in meeting the conditions of their tenancy agreement
  • Work closely with residents, agencies and local community groups to facilitate and promote community involvement and management
  • Build and maintain good relationships with landlords and tenants through regular communication
  • Conduct market research and analysis on serviced apartment market
  • Update tenancy management properties and other details in Knight Frank's database
  • Schedule meetings and prepare pitching documents
  • Prepare statistics and reports for management as requested

Requirements

  • Degree holder preferred
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in market research and business development, leasing and marketing preferred
  • Holder of Estate Agent's Lience preferred
  • Team player, high sense of responsibility, and able to work under pressure
  • Self-motivated, confident, and positive attitude
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word processing
