Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
- Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
- Conduct staff coaching, in-store training and daily operation
- Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
- Prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports
Requirements:
- F.5 or Diploma holder streams
- At least 3 years or above food & beverage, retail operation and management experience
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hardworking and strong team spirit
