Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • To lead the team to achieve brand’s objectives and targets in terms of sales, profitability and service standard
  • Establish and maintain the highest standard of store environment and customer service
  • Conduct staff coaching, in-store training and daily operation
  • Ensure the store image constantly complies with company guidelines
  • Prepare rosters, sales and retail related reports

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or Diploma holder streams
  • At least 3 years or above food & beverage, retail operation and management experience
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Hardworking and strong team spirit
