Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
- To handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
- To Liaise with service contractors to ensure quality services are provided
- To perform procurement and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' solid experience in property management, preferable with experience in management of commercial and residential properties;
- Familiar with Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and related ordinances;
- Able to work independently under pressure;
- Customer-oriented and good communication skills;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Well experienced in using computer software, including Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing;
- More experience will be consider as Property Officer.
- Immediately available is preferred
