We are looking for high calibre individuals to join our Company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the project manager to execute the project plan and monitor site activities for the assigned projects, including project progress, manpower, quality control, cost control and etc

• Assist in monitoring overall contractual and technical matters for the projects

• Attend regular site meetings and liaise with client’s representative and sub-contractors

• Manage the sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure the projects are completed according to schedule

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Building Services / Environmental Engineering or relevant disciplines

• Qualification of MHKIE, MIET, MIMechE, MCIBSE or equivalent will be preferable

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in large-scale E&M projects

• Candidates will experience in environmental engineering will be preferable

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of working parties
