ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER - RETAIL LEASING [Ref. AMM-RETAIL]

• Degree holder in related disciplines
• At least 6 years' relevant experience
• To be responsible for the leasing / marketing of shopping malls

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying or related disciplines
• At least 6 years' relevant experience in leasing / marketing of shopping malls with major developers
• To be responsible for the leasing / marketing of shopping malls, including trade-mix strategic planning, tenancy administration and fitting-out / renovation works co-ordination
• To assist in preparing the annual rental budget & forecast and conduct market research & analysis
• Proactive, self-motivated, dynamic with good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
