Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive and effective lead acquisition strategies across multiple channels, including paid search, display advertising, social media, EDM, and affiliate marketing.
  • Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify new industry trends, opportunities, and innovative marketing channels.
  • Develop creative and content strategies for compelling ad copies, landing pages, and marketing assets that align with brand objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (e.g., cost per lead, customer acquisition cost) and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to gain insights and use those insights to improve ROI, conversions, and overall effectiveness. Continuously refine campaigns based on data, ensure coordination between marketing and sales, and explore new channels to expand reach. Stay updated on industry trends and adopt innovative strategies to enhance performance.
  • Implement and oversee technical SEO strategies, including website optimization, keyword research, backlink development, and on-page SEO, to boost organic visibility.
  • Leverage Salesforce for lead tracking, report generation, and campaign attribution to ensure precise measurement of marketing efforts.
  • Manage archived leads and lapsed merchants, reactivating leads through multi-channel engagement such as EDM and webinars.
  • Assist with OA submissions and collaborate with the Finance department on reporting.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to support Zapier automation setup and management.


Who We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of proven experience in B2B growth marketing, with a strong track record in performance marketing.
  • Agency experience is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a robust understanding of metrics and data-driven decision making.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
  • Strong SEO technical skills, including website optimization, keyword research, backlink strategies, and on-page SEO.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and attribution.
  • Deep understanding of growth marketing strategies and user acquisition tactics.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a marketing team.
  • Results-oriented, proactive problem solver with the ability to navigate obstacles effectively.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
