Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Marerking Manager / Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive our marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both online and offline marketing, with a proven ability to collaborate with various departments to achieve business objectives.
What you'll be doing

Monitor, support, and lead the marketing team to ensure performance aligns with company objectives.

Prepare of marketing materials, presentations, and related documentation to support campaigns and internal communications.

Work closely with the Sales team and other departments to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.

Plan and implement full 360-degree marketing and activation campaigns across online and offline platforms to drive traffic and sales.

Take ownership of SEO and SEM efforts, as well as managing content and engagement across social media platforms

Oversee the revamp of the company website, CRM, and mobile applications with a focus on UI/UX, WordPress, and SEO/SEM optimisation.

Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external vendors, PR, advertising and event agencies to ensure campaign success.

Plan and launch digital campaigns across social media, SEM, EDMs, websites, and apps in line with company goals.

Monitor, track and analyse online and offline campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights to support business development and market penetration.

Advise departments and business units on customer acquisition strategies through improved social media engagement, digital advertising and SEM performance.
What we're looking for

Degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications or a related field.

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience as a Assistant Marketing Manager / Marketing Manager, ideally within the people services sector.

Hands-on experience in planning and delivering both online and offline marketing initiatives, including events, promotions, and social media campaigns.

Proficient in WordPress, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Shopify, Mailchimp, and other web and email marketing tools.

Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across all levels.

Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a keen eye for market trends and consumer behaviour.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
