Job Description

The appointee will join the Office of Global Learning, and provide support in areas related to study abroad programs, including study abroad program administration, funding support, organizing events, maintenance of marketing collaterals, internal and external liaison, inbound and outbound overseas learning activities.


Applicants should have a bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the higher education sector's study abroad or related areas. The ideal candidate should be organized, motivated and resourceful, an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills. Applicants should possess excellent spoken and written English and Chinese language skills. Solid command of computer software and experience working with data is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills, and a keen interest in working with people of diverse backgrounds are required. (Duration: 2 years, renewable)


Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits including annual leave, medical and dental benefits will be provided. A gratuity will be payable upon successful completion of contract.
