Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the logistics, coordination, and execution of pop-up store events, including on-site coordination.
 - Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, internal teams, and various stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution.
 - Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote pop-up events and enhance brand visibility.
 - Create and manage communication materials, including social media content and all related event materials.
 - Assist in preparing and managing budgets for events and marketing campaigns to ensure cost-effectiveness.
 - Facilitate and manage part-time staff for events.
 - Collect and analyze marketing data from events to assess effectiveness and provide insights for future initiatives.
 - Prepare post-event reports, including news clippings, traffic data, and other records.
 
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
 - 5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles in an agency, exhibition, or event company. Applicants with less experience will be considered for the Senior Executive position.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
 - Willingness to travel or work on weekends as needed for event execution.
 - Proficiency in English and Chinese (verbal and written).
 - Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Chinese typing is preferred.
