Job Description
We are looking for a right candidate to join the customer’s project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical Support
-
Install, maintain and evaluate Personal Computers (PCs), printers, LAN equipment and related devices.

Provide professional front-line technical support for PC hardware/software and AV/LAN equipment.
PC Laboratory Management
-
Carry out technical and administrative duties in PC laboratories and classrooms.
-
Manage operations of PC laboratories during on-duty hours.
General IT Support
-
Offer hotline/helpdesk support services for students and staff.
-
Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from students and staff.
-
Monitor, administer and support computing systems and services.
-
Assist with special projects as assigned.
Additional Duties
-
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Working Hours
-
Shift-Roster based - Office Hours, Middle Shift, Night Shift
-
Normal Working Hours: 44 hours per week (including a 1-hour lunch break).

Support during weekdays, weekends and public holidays is necessary and required based on roster.
Hotline Responsibilities
-
Respond to calls from various hotlines, including staff support, classroom assistance and student inquiries simultaneously.

Manage and promptly respond to email inquiries from students.
PC Laboratories Operation
-
Oversee all PC laboratory operations during duty hours.

Take over tasks from the part-time computer assistant during their absence.
Qualifications, Experience and Competence
Education
-
At least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English, Chinese and Mathematics.

Preferably holds a diploma or higher certificate in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
Experience
-
Minimum of ONE year of work experience in PC/Server hardware/software, AV/network equipment and user support.
Skills
-
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
-
Good writing skills in both Chinese and English.
-
A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
