Assistant Engineer / Engineer

Requirements :

-Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

-Minimum 2 years working experiences and knowledge in electrical and HVAC systems.
(Maintenance/ Fitting-out Installation)

-Fresh graduate will also be considered

-Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese.

-Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities :

-Management of Building services’ related works of government or private projects.

-Coordinate and plan the projects time, cost and performance targets.

-Track project progress and financial analysis of project.

-Undertaking other areas of project management do may be required.

-Visit site regularly to oversee & manage works on site in conjunction with the consultants and contractors.
