Assistant Ecommerce Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance online sales across international eCommerce platforms, contributing to ambitious revenue goals

• Support the eCommerce team in planning and executing monthly and weekly promotional campaigns, including product promotions, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives

• Assist in managing seamless operations on platforms such as our proprietary eShop, HKTVmall, Amazon, Shopee, and others, covering content updates, promotions, marketing campaigns, logistics, and inventory.

• Work closely with agencies and platform partners to align with business objectives and optimize marketplace performance.

• Contribute to digital marketing strategies across channels like Google, Meta , Programmatic, Social, and Affiliation to drive sales growth.

• Analyze eCommerce performance data and prepare reports to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.

• Take on ad hoc projects to support business objectives and team growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Communication, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of eCommerce experience, with a strong track record in managing international platforms and marketplaces (e.g., HKTVmall, Shopee, Lazada).

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in supporting teams to deliver effective promotional campaigns.

• A proactive, collaborative individual who can multitask, work independently, and excel in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

• Experience in Supplement or FMCG is a plus.

• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
