The HKUST Bilingual EMBA Program is uniquely designed for senior Chinese executives across Asia, with a particular focus on Greater China, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Program Director, the Assistant Director will play a crucial role in monitoring various aspects of program operations, including marketing, student recruitment and admissions, alumni relations management, and academic activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and recruitment plans to enhance the program's visibility and brand recognition, attracting top-tier candidates.
- Manage the full admissions cycle, ensuring a seamless and selective candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Program Director to lead alumni engagement initiatives that foster a strong, active, and lifelong community.
- Support the Program Director in long-term strategic planning, program development, and special initiatives to maintain the program's competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Master's degree required.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in marketing and admissions, ideally within higher education.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful outreach and engagement strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with full professional proficiency in English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is essential.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working outside standard hours in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with senior executives in Greater China is a plus.
Appointment Details:
This position is a 2-year renewable contract with a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
