Job Description
Responsible for handling departmental administration work to ensure smooth operations, managing procurement documentation, assisting in compliance with ISO & AEO standards and supporting the implementation of best practices within the department.

Higher Diploma or above in administration, purchasing, or related disciplines.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in material control, procurement, and administrative management within the manufacturing sector.

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and AEO standards.

Proven experience in managing supplier contracts and utilizing various procurement systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in both English and Chinese.
