Application System Support – IT Department (Contract 6 months)

Responsibilities:

• Provide application support services to end-users / clients through various communication channels (e-mail, phone calls) on application systems 
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis on reported incidents 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
• Willing to learn new knowledge/skill/application, work with other team members and take up new assignments
