Air Conditioning Senior Technician/Assistant Engineer

Responsibilities:

- To design new systems or find solutions for existing system problems, and prepare estimates;

- To assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and refrigeration systems; 

- To monitor and coordinate all works between suppliers, subcontractors, and builders;

- To maintain regular reports on HVAC program progress;

- To implement safety procedures;

- To implement site administrative systems and maintenance of all site records;

- To resolve HVAC issues independently.

Requirements:

- Degree holder of M&E Engineering or Building Services Engineering;

- Min. 5 years or above solid experience in the HVAC field;

- Good knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD;

- Green Card holder;

- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A) or (Grade B) will be an advantage.

Work time:

5.5 days a week; Monday-Friday 8:00-16:30, 7.5 hours a day; Saturday 8:00-12:30.
