Job Description
Responsibilities:

To provide efficient, accurate and responsive secretarial and administrative support to the team
-
To handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and telephone calls
-
To assist to coordinate meetings and meeting room bookings/arrangements
-
To maintain up-to-date inventory records and prepare routine data reports and expenses claims
-
To organize and maintain files and databases systematically
-
To participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned
-
To promote and execute maintenance service scheme
-
To responsible for the daily administration
-
To ensure customer queries and complaints are quickly and effectively resolved
-
To analyze data and benchmark for all marketing activities and provide recommendations for future improvement
-
To organize, monitor and handle promotion activities related to brand products
-
Respond in ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirements:
-
Higher Diploma or above
-
At least 3 years of working experience; previous experience with administration and customer service is an advantage
-
Good communication and organizational skills
-
Self-motivated and ability to handle multi-task independently
-
Pleasant personality, initiative and a good team player
-
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferable)
-
Proficiency in PC applications especially MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
-
Familiar with using various AI tools to optimize marketing workflows and content production
-
Occasionally work on events over weekends
-
Strong communication skills and customer oriented
-
Immediate available is highly preferred
-
