Job Description

Job Duties:

·         To perform general administrative and secretarial duties including management of meetings, files and data;

·         To assist in handling enquiries from the public, such as answering telephone calls and receiving visitors;

·         Managing the day-to-day office operations;

·         Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, equipment maintenance, and facility coordination;

·         Support ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above;

·         At least 2 years’ experience in office administration work;

·         Proficiency in MS Office (such as Word & Excel & PowerPoint) & Chinese Word Processing;

·         Good command of spoken / written English and Chinese;

·         Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask;

·         Immediate availability is highly preferred.
