Job Description
Office Administration and Human Resources
- Support administrative functions of the office including office supplies, repair & maintenance;
- Answer telephone calls and follow up the enquires;
- Perform a wide variety of HR Generalist duties such as interview arrangement, contract preparation, payroll calculation & MPF administration and leave management;
- Handle basic bookkeeping, expense and claims;
Secretarial Support
- Organize, coordinate and attend Internal and External meetings and events;
- Prepare and follow up different types of business documents, including meeting agendas, minutes, reports, fund administration and proposals, trade settlement, quotation, contracts, presentations and letters, etc;
- Handle sales and customer services enquires and follow up with different stakeholders
- Undertake various research, analysis and projects on company strategies, such as market trends, users and competitor analysis
- Marketing supports including maintenance of websites, social media, marketing material preparation and mass mailing
- Support the team and handle ad-hoc tasks and projects
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in Social science / BBA/ Marketing or related disciplines
- Interests in healthy aging/ dementia/ innovation and technology/ elderly service
- Passionate attitude, willing to learn, self-discipline and responsible
- Internship / Fresh graduate with positive attitude will also be considered
