Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and organised Administrative Assistant to join our Marketing and Corporate Communications Department. The ideal candidate is detail-minded, proactive, and able to provide reliable support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Marketing and Corporate Communications Department and Department Head

·         Handle filing, data entry, photocopying, courier arrangements, and office supply procurement

·         Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries, and greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner

·         Maintain departmental records, databases, and document archives

·         Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes

·         Prepare purchase requests, quotations, and payment documents

·         Prepare the departmental duty roster and coordinate internal schedules

·         Track departmental expenses and maintain accurate budget records

·         Draft simple correspondence, internal memos, and forms

·         Provide administrative assistance for marketing campaigns and events

·         Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

·         Higher diploma or above, with formal secretarial or administrative training preferred

·         Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience

·         Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

·         Well-organised, detail-oriented, and a good team player
