Administrative Assistant / HR Assistant
Work Location: Sha Tin District
Working Hours: 5 days per week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Assist with HR duties such as recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding
Handle general administrative tasks: filing, report preparation, staff scheduling coordination
Support daily operations of the beauty center with logistical arrangements
Maintain employee attendance records, leave applications, and basic payroll data
Update client information and occasionally assist front desk duties when needed
Requirements:
Form 5 or above; diploma in HR/Administration or relevant studies is preferred
At least 1 year of administrative or HR experience (experience in beauty industry is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Chinese and English typing
Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication and team spirit
Good Cantonese, basic English and Mandarin
