Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records

  • Assist in preparing marketing proposals and presentations

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks

 

Requirements

  • Diploma graduates with at least 2 years of working experience in administration or clerical support

  • Basic Accounting knowledge and understanding of financial processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
