Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of corporate and office administration duties, such as data input, filing and clerical works,office equipment maintenance, shop renovation &relocation, facility management and repair coordination.

  • Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records.

  • Assist and represent the director in external liaison & corporate activities.

  • Manages all staff and cooperate with the team. Handle and monitor the attendance system for all staff.

  • Assist in various projects and other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above

  • At least 1 years’ experience in administrative work

  • Self-motivated, proactive, well-organized,detail-minded, and independent with strong interpersonal skills

  • Good management and coaching skills

  • Able to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel,PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

  • Excellence skills in communication and team management

  • POS system working experience is highly preferred
