Job Description

About The Role:

  • Support all-rounded administrative duties including but not limit to bills handling, office maintenance  & licensing, procurement, pantry and stationary items ordering, etc
  • Handling incoming calls, mailing order, and courier service in a professional manner
  • Prepare documents, reports and analysis
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required

About You:

  • DSE / F.7 or above
  • 2-4 years experience in office administration
  • Candidate with more experiences will be consider as Assistant Administration Officer
  • A good team player, attention to details, good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
