Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative support includes filing, prepare payment requisition, arrange repairs and maintenance services of office equipment & facilities;
- Maintain office supplies inventory in a sufficient level; placing and expediting purchase orders;
- To receive and forward incoming mail to proper staff/department, arrange courier services and perform outdoor work;
- To provide mail room services;
- To back up reception desk when necessary;
- Handle ad hoc assignments as required;
Requirements:
- Associate Degree / Degree holder in any disciplines
- At least 2 years relevant experience in administrative support is an advantage;
- Good communication skills and competent organizational skills
- Good command in written and spoken English; Mandarin is also preferred;
- Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
