Job Responsibilities for Account Manager:

  • Sales & Business Development

    • Promote and sell the Zoom Phone and ESI-tik one touch Meeting Room Solution for Enterprise Customers to integrate with Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room & Webex.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the unified communications and collaboration (UCC) market.

    • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

    • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations, trials, and onboarding support.

    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to internal stakeholders.

    • Sales Executive need to conduct outbound cold calls to introduce Zoom phone, Esi-tik and other communication solutions.

  • Account Management

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

    • Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to maximize product adoption and value.

 

Job Description for Sales Executive :

  • High Earnings Potential : We seek top talent to become exceptional salespeople, with the opportunity to learn how to close a big project  

  • Guide by Senior team member: Collaborate with senior team members throughout the entire sales process, from lead generation to proposal preparation, presentations, and contract negotiations.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Educational Background : University or College graduate.

  • Experience : 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in the IT industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Communication Skills : Strong communication abilities.

  • Personal Attributes : Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive work attitude and maturity.

  • Career Goals : Ambition to build a career in providing enterprise solutions to corporations and governments.

  • Technical Proficiency : Skilled in using computer applications.

  • Language Proficiency : Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

  • 1-3+ years of sales experience for the post of Account Manager, preferably in Audio Visual projects, less experience may consider as Sales Executive.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams Room and Zoom Room ecosystems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical audiences.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
