職位重點:

銀行電話客戶服務中心相關工作

提供全面優質的熱線服務，處理客戶查詢及投訴
-
提供優質客戶服務，包括向客戶解答銀行產品、各類查詢及轉讓
入職要求：

具備高級文憑
-
擁有良好的廣東話、英語及國語通話能力

熟悉電腦操作，練習使用MS Word、Excel等辦公室軟體

懂中文打字包括速成及倉頡
-
有相關經驗者優先考慮
工作時間
每週五天工作(星期一至星期日)，當值9小時，其中1小時間為午餐時間
早班 : 8:50 - 18:00
夜班: 15:00 - 00:00(夜班津貼$3000)
薪資待遇：$18.5K (有薪年假14天)
工作地點：奧海城（主要）
