Job Description
工作職責：
- 向客戶進行外撥/接聽電話以推廣信用卡分期服務
- 處理及跟進客戶查詢相關信用卡分期優惠
工作要求：
- Higher Diploma 或以上
- 有銀行/電話銷售經驗優先
- 良好的粵語,基本英語及普通話
- 具有良好的溝通和電話方式
- 熟悉電腦操作 (MS Word, Excel)及中文打字 (倉頡/速成)
工作時間：
- 週一至週六 (每週五天工作) [星期一至星六09:00-21:00 (輪值9小時，當中1小時為食飯時間)
工作地點：上環
