Job Description

 
- 管理各區域主廚之日常運作,包括出品品質丶編配人手丶廚房職安健;
- 菜單研發工作,包括新產品概念、食譜製作、烹調程序,發掘新食材原料;
- 負責品質控制, 產品成本預算及控制;
- 負責示範及督導各分店廚師有關製作流程;
- 定期到分店檢定制作水平及作提升改善建議.

工作要求 :

- 具不少於 5 年出品管理經驗,具有京滬菜餐飲出品及管理分店經驗為佳
- 學歷不拘、良好的粵語、溝通能力;
- 具備創新思維、開放態度丶靈活應變能力 ;
- 具備有關食品安全/職安健證書
