維修保養技術員 (智慧停車場、保安、弱電、消防系統)

工作範圍 

• 負責智慧停車場、保安、弱電、消防系統系統保養及緊急維修工作，包括閉路電視、門禁控制、防盜警報、公共天線、公共廣播等系統;

• 為客戶提供現場技術支援及合適改善建議，包括日常例行檢查、產品安裝及軟件設定、系統升級服務等;

• 準備日常檢查報告及相關服務檔案;

• 5.5天工作。

所需資歷

• 持有消防、電子、電腦工程或其他相關工程學科之證書／文憑，或具備相關弱電／IoT 系統工作經驗;

• 若有相關工作經驗，申請者會被考慮為高級技術員或工程師;

• 熟悉消防、弱電系統操作，具備良好故障排解能力

• 具有良好溝通技巧，有責任感，獨立自主;

• 良好粵語及一般英語，懂讀寫中英文。慬一般電腦技能。

Maintenance Technician (Smart Parking, Security, ELV, and Fire Systems)

Scope of work   

• Responsible for the maintenance and emergency repair of smart parking, security, ELV (Extra-Low Voltage), and fire protection systems, including CCTV, access control, intruder alarm, MATV, PA systems, and more

  Provide on-site technical support and improvement recommendations to clients, including routine inspections, product installation, software configuration, and system upgrades, etc;

  Prepare daily inspection reports and related service documentation

• 5.5 days to work. 

Required Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Fire Services, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines; or relevant experience in ELV/IoT systems;

• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Senior Technician or Engineer positions

• Familiar with fire and ELV system operations, with strong troubleshooting skills

• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently with good communication skills

• Good command of Cantonese and general English; able to read and write in both Chinese and English

• Basic computer literacy
