Senior Certification Officer/ Certification Officer (ORC0606CO)

The appointees are expected to assist the Centre Director / Centre Manager in the execution of administrative and certification system control matters OR promotional and educational activities. He/She will involve in handling certification applications, maintaining certification documentation system and website, promoting organic agriculture and aquaculture industries and educating the public on related areas.

Applicants should have a university degree in agriculture/aquaculture, biology, environmental science, journalism, communication or related disciplines, with at least one year of relevant experience in related field. Knowledge of certification, auditing, food safety and/or organic farming/fisheries will be an advantage.

Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of one year. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
