Logistics Specialist

Responsibilities :

• To assist Logistics Manager in monitoring team’s performance to fulfill business objectives, scope of work and KPI
• Monitor logistics issue, assist daily operations and order follow-up
• Arrange Cross-border Truck & Local delivery orders
• Liaison with customers/suppliers in Hong Kong, China and Overseas agent
• Coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure efficient supply of product and services to customers
• Handle inbound & outbound document and prepare daily reports of inventory, transactions and shipment arrangement

Requirements :

• F. 5/HKDSE or above
• 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in warehouse/logistics industry
• Familiar with WMS is an advantage
• Responsible, initiative, willing to learn and able to work under pressure;
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
• Working location: Tins' Centre, Tuen Mun

Candidates with lower qualification and experience will be considered for lower position.
