職位描述

An international consumer products testing, certification and inspection company, STC (www.stc.group) is looking for candidates to fill the following position.

Administrative Clerk


Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support and clerical assistance, including responding to inquiries and assisting with project coordination
  • Responsible for gathering information, organize and maintain database and files
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Assist in managing schedules, appointments and meetings
  • Perform other necessary duties as directed by superiors

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above in business administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Strong interpersonal and organization skills
  • Good spoken and written in English and Chinese
