職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle general office administration duties, e.g. insurance, procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintenance project etc.
  • Provide comprehensive support and assistance to the Administration Department, office operations, and company property management to ensure smooth execution of all tasks
  • Follow up on routine maintenance, repairs, and purchase or sale matters related to company vehicles
  • Provide driving services to management as requested
  • Handle other ad hoc tasks as assigned


Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • Holder of HK driving license (1) or (2); with PRC driving license will be an advantage
  • Minimum 4 years driving experience and 2 years office admin experience
  • Punctual, responsible and well organized
  • Self-motivated, good team player and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge in MS Word & Excel
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage

職責:

  • 負責辦公室的日常行政工作,例如保險、採購、工程項目等職務
  • 為行政部、辦公室、公司物業的工作項目提供支援、協助
  • 跟進公司車輛日常保養、維修或買賣事宜
  • 需兼任公司司機接送公司高級行政人員或客人等
  • 執行其他被委派之工作


要求:

  • 文憑或以上
  • 持有有效的香港駕駛執照(第1或第2類);持有中國內地駕駛執照者優先考慮
  • 4年駕駛經驗,2年辦公室行政工作經驗
  • 有條理,守時,有禮,有責任感,良好人際關係
  • 基本MS Word & Excel 應用
  • 良好的英語及廣東話能力
