Communications Coordinator (Customer Services Executive)

職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and follow up enquiries and complaints of congress participants, exhibitors and speakers  in a professional and timely manner to achieve service excellence through email, live chat, inbound and outbound calls.
  • Ensure the delivery of service to meet with organizational standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with program planning such as conferences, VIP events, seminars, business networking receptions, etc.
  • Communicate and coordinate with teammates.
  • Handle logistic arrangements for events.
  • Provide administrative support to the congress / secretariat team.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer service environment preferably in medical industry / call centers, or with e-commerce knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferable.
  • Good in both English and Chinese business writing.
  • Great attention to details.
  • Excellent time management, and ablilty to manage multiple tasks.
  • Eager to grow and willing to take on challenges.
  • A team player but also able to work independently.
  • Be able to work under pressure and always want to deliver beyond what is expected.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer competitive remuneration. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointment will be made on a 1- or 2-year contract, renewable subject to mutual agreement and good performance.
