Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and liaise with influencers for brand promotion
  • Coordinate with media to disseminate advertisements across multiple platforms, maximizing brand awareness
  • Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze competitors' strategies, and develop actionable marketing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Develop and implement targeted brand strategies through advertising, promotional materials, and retail marketing campaigns to drive sales and enhance consumer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with business development and product marketing teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and execute tailored solutions to achieve targets in the UK market
  • Assist in formulating annual budgets and provide insights to optimize resource allocation for campaigns
  • Discuss key topics with department heads and key staff, including advertising contracts, media selection, and product promotion strategies
  • Monitor and analyze promotional results to evaluate campaign cost-effectiveness and optimize future strategies
  • Organize large-scale exhibitions and events to create opportunities for direct consumer engagement, boost brand visibility, and drive sales growth

Requirements:

  • Influencer Management & Collaboration – Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers to drive brand promotion and awareness

  • Media Coordination & Advertising – Partner with media outlets to execute multi-platform advertising campaigns, ensuring optimal brand visibility

  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis – Conduct in-depth market research, assess competitor strategies, and develop data-driven marketing plans to maintain a competitive edge

  • Brand Strategy Development – Design and implement targeted branding initiatives, including advertising, promotional materials, and retail marketing programs, to boost sales and enhance consumer engagement

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Business Development and Product Marketing teams to gather requirements, analyze business objectives, and deliver customized solutions to achieve UK market goals

  • Budget Planning & Optimization – Support the development of annual budgets, providing strategic insights to maximize resource allocation for marketing campaigns

  • Strategic Discussions & Decision-Making – Engage with department heads and key stakeholders to review critical matters, including advertising contracts, media selection, and promotional strategies

  • Performance Tracking & ROI Analysis – Monitor and evaluate campaign results to assess cost-effectiveness and refine future strategies for improved outcomes

  • Event Management & Brand Activations – Organize large-scale exhibitions and consumer engagement events to elevate brand awareness and accelerate sales growth
