Operation and Customer Service Team Leader (Toll) - Overnight Shift

About the role:

• Assist the Operation and Customer Service Team Head in manage the daily operation of the department

• Supervise the team to handle the transaction validation process; and to handle the problematic cases that escalated by team members

• Ensure timely handling of all the cases, including the problematic / dispute cases within the established timeframe

• To ensure the services provided in transaction handling are according to procedures and make suggestion for any improvement in daily process

• Prepare the monthly report to the Operation and Customer Service Team Head regarding the operation of the department & those required to submit to the Government Department

• Shift duty is required (Overnight shift is included)

About You:

• Holder of university degree or equivalent qualification.

• At least four years post-qualification full time working experience in customer service roles, of which at least two years shall be at supervisory level
