Shipping Clerk (Sea Freight)

Job Description:

• Reserve space with assigned carriers & deal with any potential problem that may happen such as space/equipment shortage, schedule changed. - Necessary to provide alternative plan to CS Team to recover any potential problem that may caused to customer’s order being late/behind schedule
• Handle VGM, AMS, ISF, e-Manifest submission in timely manner
• Vsl onboard check and pre-alert sending
• Support & co-ordinate with CS Team to handle customer booking
• Customer Waybill and Billing creation
• Familiar with e-Booking / e-SI submission in Carriers eplatform.

Job Requirements:

• 1 years relevant working experience
• Form 5 (HKCEE) or Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
• Hands-on PC operation in MS office
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good team player, pro-active and attention to details
• Able to work independently and under pressure
