Cybersecurity Specialist

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our client’s fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver cybersecurity services from start to finish in areas like:

  • Network Security: Firewalls (NGFW), VPN

  • Endpoint Security: XDR, Zero Trust (ZTNA)

  • Application Security: WAF, ADC

  • Privileged Access Management (PAM)

• Understand customer needs and design security solutions

• Provide technical advice, install and deploy solutions, give training, and prepare documentation

• Manage projects using best practices and deliver on time

• Troubleshoot issues, support after implementation, and work closely with teams, vendors, and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 3+ years of experience in deploying cybersecurity solutions (post-sales)

• Less experienced candidates can apply for Junior level

• Vendor certifications (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Checkpoint, F5, CyberArk) are a plus

• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a bonus)

• Project management or client engagement experience is a plus

• Strong knowledge of enterprise security technologies

• Passionate about cybersecurity and delivering quality service
