Manager / Assistant Manager (Digital Transformation)

Responsibilities:

• Execute digital strategy and detailed project plans.

• Oversee delivery of complex digital projects (e.g. Smart Site Safety System, BIM, automation, data integration).

• Liaise across teams to ensure collaboration and project adoption.

• Drive process automation, data analytics, and AI for workflow optimization.

• Manage vendors and project partners.

• Develop agile solutions into scalable enterprise systems.

• Manage resources and budgets for sustainability.

• Set KPIs, track progress, report to management, and measure performance after implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or other related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years or above relevant experience with at least 5 years in manager position in relevant position

• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.

• Holder of certifications in PMP, Agile or Change Management is preferred.

• Experience leading technical teams and managing vendors in HK and GBA. 

• Knowledge of enterprise and construction technology platforms. 

• Strong execution, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Chinese.
