Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Officer

About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Leasing Officer / Senior Leasing Officer to join our team. This full-time position is based in Wong Tai Sin District. You will play a crucial role in managing our commercial property portfolio, working closely with both existing and prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates and maximize rental income.

What you'll be doing

• Negotiate and manage commercial lease agreements, ensuring the best possible terms for the company
• Liaise with current tenants to facilitate renewals, handle queries, and address any tenancy issues
• Identify and qualify potential new tenants, conducting site viewings and negotiations
• Maintain comprehensive tenant and property records, and provide regular reports on portfolio performance
• Support the broader property management team with inspections, maintenance coordination, and other tasks as needed
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulations, and best practices in commercial leasing

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing or property management
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
• Sound understanding of commercial leasing practices, market conditions, and regulations
• Proficiency in using relevant property management software and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese, with Mandarin as an advantage
