Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Provide general and transactional legal advice to business department, including but not limited to commercial, financing, company products, labor dispute etc；

• Coordinate legal dispute negotiation and settlement on behalf of the company；

• In charge of reviewing and/or drafting legal documents, reviewing a variety of contracts and legal documents；

• Provide legal review of internal policies and procedures;

• Conduct regular and ad hoc education seminars to employees on legal issues relating to their business units；

• Liaise with external legal counsel and oversee project implementation.

Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above in the areas of Law, Economics, Finance or related disciplines;

2. PQE 3 years with exposure to the finance industry prefer；

3. Familiar with financial environment and supervisory policies in Hong Kong;

4. Sound knowledge of lending is an advantage;

5. Strong organizational skills and to work both independently；

6. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
