Operations Assistant

Job Description:

To provide an efficient pick-up and delivery to customers on any issues regarding features of services, while complying with the objective of meeting service commitment and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments including but not limited to scanning, picking & packing parcels, inputting data into the system
• Sorting for export and delivery routing areas efficiently
• Assist in ecommerce and value-added services when needed
• Handle special shipment as when required
• Pick up and Deliver shipments when necessary
• Maintain a good relationship with customers on designated route, and able to answer questions about packages shipping methods that may encounter
• Back up couriers when necessary
• Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by Supervisors or Manager

Job Requirements:

• HKDSE or Tertiary education or equivalent
• Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience are welcome to apply
• Experience gained in the customer service, freight forwarding, or logistics industries will be an advantage.

·        Driver license holder is an advantage

• Self-motivated and initiative and team player
• Good physical shape to carry some heavy packages and walk some distance on duty
• Able to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure.
• Awareness of Occupational health and safety
• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is an asset.
