Client Relations Executive / Client Relations and Accounting Executive

職位描述

 

Responsibilities:

Client Services:

  • Foster long-term client relationship through resolving client issues proactively and providing professional feedback on clients' enquiries and complaints

  • Handle client requests on a timely manner via telephone calls, email and website

  • Manage and maintain client database

 

Account:

  • Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing, receipts, payments, credit note

  • Maintain accurate the sales transactions and reporting

 

Administrative Support:

  • Handle bid registration during auctions and previews and address to client enquiries on-site

  • Ensure all the client data and bids information are kept and updated in good order in the systems

  • Coordinate with Specialist departments on all related pre and post auction data to ensure smooth auction process

  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors
     

  Qualifications:

  • Degree in Hospitality / Finance or Business Administration with 3-4 years working experience

  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese

  • Courteous with excellent interpersonal skills, cheerful, well organized and attentive to details

  • Client-oriented mindset, willingness to help, sense of responsibility to meet customers’ requests

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Willing to work overtime, under pressure and ability to multitask

  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

  • Less financial experience will be considered as Client Relations Executive

  • Immediate available is preferred
