職位描述
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage the Sales Order functions, including maintaining the SO, following up projects, shipment, and delivery, and issuing of invoices
- Handle delivery process to achieve on-time delivery targets
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of products or services
- Handle customer inquiries regarding project status, shipment schedule, and invoices
Requirements:
- F.5 / HKDSE or above
- 3 years of experience in customer service or administration
- Knowledge of SAP application is an advantage
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrate a cheerful and positive attitude, as well as being responsible, polite and helpful
- Immediate available is preferred
