ASSISTANT MARKETING MANAGER – OFFICE LEASING [Ref. AMM-OFFICE]

Job Requirement and Description:

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, Business or related disciplines

• At least 8 years' relevant experience in leasing and tenancy administration of Grade A office properties in Hong Kong, preferably with PRC exposures

• To assist in implementing leasing strategies, tenants liaison and tenancy administration of Hong Kong office properties

• Self-motivated and dynamic with good communication and presentation skills

• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Officer
