Account Executive, Luxury Visual Merchandising

AC&P is the leading visual merchandising agency for luxury brands in Asia Pacific, comprises of four separate teams – Events, Retail Fitting Out, Visual Merchandising & Retail Staffing. Our mission is to create and bring sensational retail experiences to life for the most iconic brands across Asia Pacific leveraging the breadth of experience across an extensive range of sectors.

As an Account Executive under the Visual Merchandising team, you will be responsible for supporting the team in managing the client relationships of our Visual Merchandising Accounts in a specific category and follow through on behalf of our clients on all the appointed projects. You will be the internal advocate of our clients in improving our execution, and play an important role in client retention.

Responsibilities

• Act as the expert on our clients’ business, markets, and operational needs.
• Provide secondary coverage to assigned accounts.
• Develop deep understanding on luxury markets in our Asia Pacific Local Markets & Travel Retail coverage (specifically on Hong Kong & Macau, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Southeast Asia, Oceania).
• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the assigned accounts and internal stakeholders on a regional level.
• Follow-through on projects with Project Managers & Creative Team to ensure the execution is aligned to client expectations.
• Develops a sense of ownership of projects and passion for assignments.
• Accepts and implements new ways of working that allow the Team to deliver quality work better and more professional.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Design, Marketing & Public Relations.
• 2+ Year Relevant Experience in Luxury Brands, Events or Advertising.
• Passion in Visual Merchandising.
• Sound knowledge of luxury industry in multiple categories (i.e. Wine & Spirits, Perfume & Cosmetics, Fashion…etc) across Asia Pacific.
• Strong command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent written English and Chinese
• Detail-Oriented, Organized and Dedicated, Proactive and Enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
