Account Manager (Secondment to Dubai Office)

Responsibilities:

• Client Strategy: Craft and deliver innovative digital media and advertising solutions to top-tier clients, including 4A agencies and direct brands
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Oversee campaigns from pre-launch pitching and planning to post-campaign analytics, ensuring flawless delivery.
• Data-Driven Insights: Use analytics tools to extract actionable insights and optimize performance.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Works closely with our operation and account management team in China/ HK on strategy execution.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop long-term partnerships with clients through proactive communication and provide accurate updates on campaigns to clients on both overall business and campaign performance.

Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Marketing/ Advertising or Business related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing/media, with a focus account management or client serving
• Exposure to Chinese media (such as Baidu, Wechat, Weibo, 360...etc) is highly preferred
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin fluently
• Strong analytical skills and numerical sensitivity
• Strong interpersonal skills with great attention to detail
• Multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines & business targets
• Willing to be based in Dubai for continuous assignment
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Account Manager
