Site Foreman (Day/Night Shift)

Requirements:

• Form 5 / HKDSE
• Holder of Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent is an advantage
• Equip with MTR CP(NT/T), T1 and Safety Supervisor Certificate (A12 is an advantage)
• At least 3 years of solid on-site experience in A&A works, metal works projects, with additional building works and railway projects
• Supervise and manage site issues (including quality, safety, environment), the construction drawings, work with sub-contractors in different trades & follow up the site progress, etc
• Mature, proactive and strong interpersonal skill
• Sound knowledge of computer skills

要求：

• 中五或以上
• 持有關建築工程證書/文憑優先
• 具有CP(NT/T), 安全督導員或 T1 證書 (持A12優先)
• 具備建築翻新工程、金屬工程及具有港鐵項目經驗者優先
• 負責地盤監督品質及安全環保事項, 處理施工圖, 與各項分判商工作聯絡及跟進進度等工作
• 成熟、主動、具良好人際溝通技巧
• 懂一般電腦知識
