Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of project management including project planning, quality assurance, safety control and progress monitoring.
• Being the team lead of project team, as a project's in-charge, manage project to meet quality standard, profitability and within time frame.
• Provide on-site supervision and evaluate the efficiency of manpower
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors and consultants
• Prepare reports, proposals, tender documents and specifications
• Carry out contract administration of projects
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project operation

Requirements:

• RGBC Authorized Signature, AS
• Minimum 8 years’ project management experience in contracting environment, ideally in Fitting out works, A&A works, renovation projects, RGBC or design and build contractor
• Strong in Documentation, Submission and Site technical problem solving.
• Good communication and sound relationships with cooperation parties including clients and subtrades.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Knowledge in MS word, Excel, Project and AutoCAD
• Candidates with less qualifications and experience will be considered as Project Manager
