We are seeking a passionate Sales Coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide general sales supports including order processing, shipment arrangement and stock control
• Coordinate with customer and forwarder for shipment arrangement
• Assist in arranging product samples
• Ensure accurate and up to date sales data in system
• Support in handling general customer inquiries

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good team player
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple task simultaneously.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
